Terms and Conditions

Who we are

Dove Casino belongs to Jupiter Gaming and is run by Jumpman Gaming Limited, a company registered in Alderney under number 1858. When you sign up, your agreement is with Jumpman Gaming Limited. For players in Great Britain, Jumpman Gaming Limited holds a Gambling Commission licence under account number 39175 and is regulated by the Commission. Players outside Great Britain are covered by the Alderney Gambling Control Commission. The registered business address is La Corvee House, La Corvee, GY9 3TQ, on Alderney in the Channel Islands, and no post is accepted there.

Opening an account, or simply browsing and playing with us, means you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, you cannot register or play. Our privacy policy is part of these terms as well.

Who can play

You need to be 18 or over, and of legal gambling age where you live. We can ask you to prove your age at any time, and gambling under age is a criminal offence. Registrations are not accepted from a long list of countries, among them the Republic of Ireland, Spain, the Netherlands and the United States. Each person may hold one account only, and the details you give us must be accurate and complete.

Your account and verification

You pick a username and password when you join, and it is up to you to keep them private. A bet placed with your correct login counts as yours, so tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account. We may ask for proof of age, identity and address, evidence of your payment method and, in some cases, certified copies or information about the source of your funds. If we cannot verify these details, winnings may be held back or the account suspended.

An account becomes inactive after 365 days in a row without a login, and we contact you before that happens. From then on, an administration fee of 5.00 GBP comes off the balance every 30 days until the balance is empty or the account is reactivated.

Your money is held in a client bank account kept separate from company funds, yet balances are not protected if the company becomes insolvent. On the Gambling Commission scale this is the Not Protected level.

Deposits and withdrawals

Every payment is in GBP. You can register up to 3 cards, and each payment method has to be in your own name. You can pay with Visa Debit, MasterCard Debit, Maestro, Paysafe Card, PayPal, Neteller, Skrill and Pay by Mobile. Pay by Mobile adds a £2.50 fee to each deposit, and the smallest deposit is £10.

You can take out your whole real money balance in one transaction, though some requests need extra checks first, and these can hold things up briefly. Your first withdrawal needs ID, usually photo identification plus a utility bill no older than 3 months. After your documents are approved, pending withdrawals are processed within 24 hours, and banks normally take 1 to 5 working days. If documents are rejected, pending withdrawals return to your balance within 48 hours. Pay by Mobile cannot receive withdrawals.

Bonuses in brief

Unless a promotion says something different, bonus funds come with 10x wagering on the bonus amount won. Only bonus wagers count, and bonus money itself can never be withdrawn. When the requirement is complete, the amount turned into real money is capped at your lifetime deposits up to £250, or £50 if you have never deposited. Real money is always spent before bonus funds. Bonus money cannot be used on bingo, live casino, table games or progressive jackpot slots. A withdrawal before wagering is finished cancels the remaining bonus funds, and no promotion is given while a withdrawal is pending.

Closing your account

You can ask us by email to close your account. The closure happens 72 hours after our support team confirms your request, and logging in before then cancels it. Closing an account is not a safer gambling tool. If you want to step away for that reason, use Take a Break or self-exclusion on our responsible gaming page. A closed account can be reopened by contacting us.

Complaints and disputes

Complaints go to our customer care team. We confirm receipt within 48 hours, ask for anything else we need, look into the matter and give you our decision within 8 weeks of receiving all the requested details. If we reach deadlock, or you have no satisfactory outcome within 8 weeks, players living in the UK can turn to eCOGRA, our free alternative dispute resolution provider, whose ruling binds both sides. Players outside the UK can take a decision to the Alderney Gambling Control Commission.
